Camping

The Winter season is the season of love but for me, it's the season of enjoying the real beauty of nature. Camping is one of the major parts of it, in that, if it is lakeside camping with our favorite mates then the feeling is not less than being in heaven. To enjoy this great thrill we planned to camp near Morbe Dam a few kilometers far from the city of dreams Mumbai. I was fully ready and prepared for a new adventure and experience.

We all were set for our journey in the evening. The specialty of the group is many of us were at least seven to eight years older than me and two members were younger than me but it was not at all a barrier between the enjoyment or any other things it was like we were all friends. After the end of the highway, it was totally an off-roading part of the route and it was also a challenge for our car drivers as we were nine members we carried two different vehicles for comfortableness while traveling. After great off-roading, we reached the camping spot nearly at 12:30 AM. We made three teams one for building a tent another to set up a bonfire and the last one for cooking a delicious meal. After setting up the tent and the bonfire we waited for the meal to get ready which was not less than any other five-star hotel, it consisted of paneer tandoori, paneer chilly, chicken tandoori, chicken gravy, and more items. Sitting lakeside on a full moon day with a sky full of twinkling stars and having such an amazing meal was a great pleasure and a sight of happiness. I saw a different kind of pleasure and happiness on everyone's face. Everyone was relaxing and tension-free from the outside world.

While observing stars and the sky when we slept, nobody remembers. After getting up in the morning some of us had to return to the city so they started their return journey but I and some more members planned a small trek except for one person who knew where we were going to head. We had a morning breakfast and got into the car to visit the trekking place after half an hour of off-roading we got out of the car and started trekking with the help of one guide over there. After climbing for an hour we reached our destination it was unimaginable and unbelievable scenery. There was crystal clear water and surrounded with full of greenery. We swam there and had a lot of fun. After spending a good quality time at that place we started our return journey by climbing down and then getting into the cars.

It was an unexpected journey and lots of new experiences. I enjoyed it a lot and back home with wonderful memories. I wish each and every person should at least spare one day for himself, it fills us with positivity and gains energy for our daily routine.
